Here at Bio-Bellum, we believe in strong and durable products, products that are designed to last you a lifetime. Having said that, we back all of our products with a life time warranty! To us, it doesn't matter how you broke or damaged your product, WE STAND BEHIND IT! Please follow instructions below. All steps must be followed, otherwise you may not receive your bracelet. All you need is to include the following-

1.) Pre-paid postage ($5) with envelope to send your new bracelet back to you

2.) your old and/or broken bracelet

3.) $15.00 (cash, check or money order) for recycling of your old bracelet. You also have the option to send In $25.00 and we will automatically upgrade you to the sport version for added durability. With this option you can also change colors. If you are wanting to change colors, please include a note saying which color you’d prefer. If out of stock, we will send current color.

4.) Please send all of the above to the address below

Money back gurantee

YES, we do have a money back guarantee option! With any online purchases made, comes a 14-day trial. During these 14 days if you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your bracelet, just send in your bracelet to the address above. Include a letter stating why you need a refund and your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible. However, with any returns there will be a 25.00 (USD) recycling fee. This is do to the fact that we can no longer resell the used product, we also incur a fee from our payment services and lastly for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

NOTE: ALL IN SHOW SALES, ARE FINAL. We do not offer any money back guarantee on any sales made in person or at trade shows, this is because of the discount that is applied to the sales in question. NO EXCEPTIONS. This also applies to ANY discounted products.
